Just today IloveVelvet announced that Gray Line Miami, a local bus and sightseeing tour operator, will arm its sales force with its Velvet Suite software and D-Holster hardware to allow for faster payment processing and unique, personalized service.
Gray Line is a leading operator of excursions and sightseeing tours in more than 150 destinations on six continents. The Miami division of the global sightseeing company will utilize the D-Holster iPod cradle for its mobile point of sale capabilities, which includes credit card, contactless RFID and loyalty card readers. Along with the ability to process payments, the Velvet Suite software will track Gray Line Miami's sales, host training programs and adapt to last minute event opportunities. ILoveVelvet's solutions will be primarily used by Gray Line Miami's on-board agents at its street level kiosks and "Hop On Hop Off" bus tours.
