RSPA Announces 2012 Awards of Excellence; ScanSource Wins for Technology Distribution

The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) conferred their annual Awards of Excellence during the RetailNow expo in Las Vegas in August 2012. The awards, which have been presented for 30 years, are unique to the industry, as resellers vote for their favorite vendors.

Gold, Silver and Bronze level Awards are presented in six categories; Hardware Manufacturer, Software Application Developer, Technology Distributor, Payment Processor, Customer/Reseller Support and Consumables/Supplies Provider.

For the third consecutive year, ScanScource® POS and Barcoding received the Gold Vendor of Excellence award in the Technology Distribution Category. Paul Constantine, president of ScanSource, commented on the significance of the award program. “It’s an honor to receive an award from the resellers of the RSPA, because it reflects the great people on our team and their continuing commitment to do ordinary things extraordinarily well.”
