A POS integration will allow The Lube Center (TLC) to offer customers rewards through MediaTrac’s Loyalty Club program. Through this new program, TLC will be able to track the transactions of customers at their stores including The Auto Spa and The Auto Repair.
The loyalty honored through the original punch card system will be transferred to the new Loyalty Club functionality that has been added to the current point of sale system. With a Member Portal component, customers can view the reward options earned from their purchases, as well as retrieve coupons and special offers. As a smaller company, this new program has been implemented at TLC’s 16 locations and is intended to provide incentive for customers that strive to maintain their vehicle’s optimum performance.
