The newest point-of-sale software release from Microsoft, Dynamics AX for Retail, has been selected as the expansion solution for Swiss Farms convenience store retailers.

Although the software program won’t be officially available until Summer 2010, Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail was chosen by Swiss Farms after careful evaluation of the company’s needs during the next phase of their franchising efforts. Some of the software features include management and launching capabilities from a single database, cost-efficiency, and end-to-end data integration. Swiss Farms anticipates a substantial growth with the hopes of opening 100 new stores over the next five years and implementing the Dynamics AX for Retail software throughout the franchises.
