Honeywell Unveils New Battery-Free Wireless Handheld Scanner

At NRF 2017 Honeywell will unveil a new 2D area-imager scanner that incorporates the latest battery-free technology to reduce recharge times, improve safety and provide an ergonomic solution for retail associates. Ideal for POS, workstations and counters, Honeywell’s Xenon 1902g-bf scanner uses Bluetooth® low-energy wireless technology to minimize maintenance hassles or long recharge times associated with traditional batteries. Fully charged, the device can typically capture 400 UPC/EAN bar codes or move approximately 20 customers through checkout. The integrated Bluetooth radio gives users freedom of movement up to 33 feet from the base in a typical environment. The Xenon 1902g-bf scanner contributes to a safe work environment by eliminating the trip-hazard of tethered cables. With no battery, the new scanner is lighter and more environmentally friendly than traditional scanners. Booth 3163. ​

Bixolon To Reveal New Cube Printer Model​

This new keyboard is based on the G80-3000, which has proven itself over the years to be precise as well as reliable. CHERRY combines this product with its new MX Silent switches to create a product that will keep keyboard noise in a hectic office space to an absolute minimum.  The MX Silent-switches have a uniquely shaped rubber pad compared to conventional switches.
