CHICAGO, IL (June 19, 2017) – The 13th annual Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition (IRCE), the world’s largest and most well-known e-commerce event, featured a jam-packed lineup of some of the biggest and brightest minds in the industry, as well as the most cutting-edge products and services at Chicago’s McCormick Place West Convention Center, June 6-9, 2017. Nearly 10,000 conference-goers gathered at IRCE to listen to expert speakers, sit in on 130 conference sessions, and connect with nearly 600 major solution providers in the Exhibit Hall.
IRCE attracted an impressive line-up of Main Stage Speakers including Mary Beth Laughton, Senior Vice President, Digital, Sephora; Barbara Corcoran, Shark Investor, “Shark Tank”; George Hanson, Vice President North America E-Commerce and Brand House Stores for Under Armour, and Miki Racine Berardelli, CEO, Kidbox. The presentations were filled to the brim and covered a number of important topics from Experiential Retail to Customization that educated and inspired conference-goers.
This year’s robust conference agenda featured presentations from over 200 executives representing some of the world’s most well-known companies and brands, and highlighted the latest e-commerce topics geared towards CEO’s and top executives, one for small retailers, and marketing “how to’s” and “must haves”. New track and workshop categories including Fashion, Marketplaces, Direct to Consumer and Design & Usability were led by some of the most successful executives in the industry and were a hit among conference-goers.
Nearly 600 world-renowned brands, encompassing 250,000 square feet, provided attendees with the largest display of services and technology in the e-commerce industry. The Exhibit Hall was the place for attendees to learn about the latest services and technology offerings, including Fulfillment/Shipping/Delivery, E-Commerce Platforms, Marketing/Merchandising/Social Media, and Customer Support/Order Management/Payments from top companies such as Adestra, DHL, eBay, FedEx, PayPal, UPS, Shopify Plus, Magento Commerce, Newegg, MailChimp, and many others.
