Natural Insight Creates Customer Advisory Council to Drive Innovation Across Retail Ecosystem

Sterling, VA. – April 4, 2017 - Natural Insight, a leader in enterprise cloud and mobile applications for retail merchandising and workforce management, announced it has formed a Customer Advisory Council (CAC) to help guide product innovation, as well as increase customer satisfaction and customer retention. The group will meet for the first time this month leading up to INSIGHT 2017, a conference hosted by Natural Insight in Washington, D.C. that will cover the latest trends and technology in retail and merchandising.

Currently, the CAC consists of the five leaders in the retail and merchandising industry, including:

  • Bill Sherman, Senior Director, Workforce Management of Lawrence Merchandising
  • Steve Silverstein, VP, Merchandising of Blackhawk Network
  • Retail Operation Manager of a large game and consumer product company
