International Startup Develops Award-Winning IT Solutions to Drive the Future of VR Commerce

NEW YORK (January 3, 2017) – inVRsion, an Italy-based startup that develops real-time room-scale virtual reality (VR) applications for retailers, CPG companies and market research organizations, is set to showcase their innovative technology at Retail's Big Show, NRF 2017, Booth #1254 (1st floor) and #RP3 (level 4 - innovation lab), January 15 - 17, in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

inVRsion will be exhibiting at NRF for the first time to demo its flagship product, ShelfZone, a next-generation virtual reality simulator that reproduces shops, supermarkets, malls and retail spaces with stunning realism for an immersive VR experience for both consumers and businesses. ShelfZone collects data to analyze user behavior to help companies better understand the path customers take while shopping.

InVRsion was also the only VR-company to be selected worldwide to participate in Walmart's Innovation Lab, and is currently developing e-commerce solutions in virtual reality using Watson, the IBM artificial intelligence system.

inVRsion's VR incorporates high-end solutions, capable of producing outputs that also integrate third party systems such as Spaceman by Nielsen, non-VR projection systems or ERP/CRM legacy systems while supplying three different assets.
