Action Systems, Inc. to Unveil Two New Products and an Educational Conference Format at the 2016 Annual Reseller Conference in Orlando, Fla.
Silver Spring, MD (December 24, 2015) – Action Systems, Inc. (ASI), developer of Restaurant Manager™ POS, is pleased to announce its 15th annual Resellers Conference, which will be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida from January 14-16, 2016. Over 140 of ASI’s resellers, suppliers and sponsors will attend this event. Attendees will benefit from timely product and business-related educational content, networking opportunities and a product expo. They will also be introduced to two new products for the restaurant market and reseller channel – Restaurant Manager Version 20 and ASI’s new Tablet/Cloud-based product duet.
This year, ASI is featuring two keynote speakers, Ken Thoresen and Rachel Richards, who will provide attendees with tips and techniques on how to grow their business. Mr. Thoresen, president of Acumen Management Group, will discuss how to transition resellers’ operations to take full advantage of SaaS and recurring revenue business. Ms. Richards, former general manager of NCR/Aloha’s reseller channel, will discuss steps resellers can take so that they can successfully sell into the new cloud-based business model.
The conference will also feature new educational sessions and lunch discussions on topics that have a direct effect on attendees including the status of EMV, payment processing opportunities and how to leverage ASI’s relationship with U.S. Foods.
“We’ve developed new sessions for the conference that I believe our resellers will be able to use to empower their businesses. Due to the release of duet, our key note speakers will be educating our resellers on how to transition sales into a Saas/Cloud marketplace and generate predictable revenues for their businesses,” said Joe Finizio, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
As an annual tradition during the conference, ASI will hold its 8th Annual Technical Shootout. This competition provides an opportunity to highlight, recognize and share the technical skills and best practices of our reseller channel’s best and brightest talent.
While in Orlando, conference attendees will be able to network with sponsors, ASI staff and reseller colleagues. They will enjoy a golf outing, indoor sky diving or a trip to Universal Studios. Plus, the conference will be topped off with a celebration party called “Rockin’ with Restaurant Manager” that will be held at the Hard Rock Live. The event will feature live music and one of the bands is comprised of ASI staff and resellers!
