john and kelly 2017 half 2

Release Date: August 17, 2017

For the tenth time in eleven years, Future POS Inc., the developers of Future POS Software were the proud winners of an award from the RSPA (Retail Solutions Providers Association). This year marks the sixth consecutive year taking home the GOLD Award in the Software category at the 2017 RetailNOW event at The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

Future POS President, John Giles was asked earlier this year to give a testimonial on behalf of the RSPA Awards and Scholarship Committee as to why the RSPA Vendor Award of Excellence in Software is meaningful to his company. He responded, “The RSPA is the only organization dedicated to the point-of-sale industry, and consequently their awards are the only real report card for how well we’re doing compared to our competitors.  RSPA awards are voted on by the people who sell, install and support the software.  This makes it the only legitimate way to measure a POS system because it speaks to the quality of the product throughout its entire life cycle as viewed by the people who have first-hand knowledge.”

Giles along with his wife Kelly who is company Vice-President are long-time supporters of The RSPA. Future POS sponsors RetailNOW and INSPIRE events annually and the husband and wife team serve on the RSPA Awards and Scholarship Committee. They also support their resellers by encouraging their membership participation throughout the year. A representative from the RSPA is also invited to attend their yearly Dealer Conference.

A celebration dinner was hosted at Morton’s Las Vegas for over 45 dealer partners who attended this year’s RetailNOW 2017 event. “We truly are blessed to have the most amazing resellers in the POS business and we truly look at each and every one as family” said John Giles, Founder of Future POS. He went on to say that “I share in this honor with my guys back home In Butler, PA who come in everyday and work hard to develop the best software in the POS market …let’s just say I am very proud of my team.”
