Harbortouch Celebrates Golden Bridge Award
There is exciting news today for point of sale system provider Harbortouch. At the 2012 Golden Bridge Business Awards, Harbortouch was named a Gold Winner for its POS systems designed for both restaurants and retail sectors. The Golden Bridge Awards honor companies that exemplify outstanding performance, innovation, and products and services. They honor companies of all sizes across a number of industries.
The winners of the Golden Bridge Awards were honored at a dinner and presentation in San Francisco earlier this month. Among Harbortouch’s fellow winners were major players including Apple, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, IBM, and AT&T. There is no doubt that Harbortouch was thrilled and proud to be among such prestigious peers.
Harbortouch was honored for a POS system that caters not only to retail and restaurant sectors but also to convenience stores, service/delivery, and liquor stores. Harbortouch’s POS software is designed to provide a robust system for tracking orders, managing employees, handling inventory, and producing financial performance reports to assist businesses as they seek to increase their return on POS investments.
According to Harbortouch CEO and Founder Jason Isaacman, the Harbortouch POS system “gives small businesses the same advanced functionality their larger counterparts use to be successful at an affordable price.” The company was thrilled to be honored with the Golden Bridge Award because, according to Isaacman, it “reinforces our commitment to developing POS systems that help small businesses overcome critical hurdles and prosper.”
Harbortouch’s unique licensing system means merchants pay a monthly subscription fee for the service with included installation and setup. The company will provide professional setup, programming, installation and customer service, as well as training for the merchants and round-the-clock support.
Harbortouch currently is one of the country’s largest payment processors and handles accounts in excess of $10 billion annually. We are proud to feature Harbortouch among our POS providers and are pleased to celebrate this award along with the company.
