Mandarin Oriental Hotels Select InfoGenesis POS
InfoGenesis POS from Agilsys has been selected by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for implementation in their Barcelona and Las Vegas hotels.
The point of sale system is being brought in to enhance guest services as well as help streamline operations at the hotels. InfoGenesis is intended for use at multiple locations and can be used for all areas of the hotel including dining, bar, and gift shop. In addition, the Barcelona location will also be using the ResPak restaurant management solution which comes integrated with the InfoGenesis system. Both systems are designed to improve efficiency, provide real-time reporting, and optimize online reservation capabilities. Some of the benefits of implementing the system include reservation tracking to detect peak and quiet times, guest data storage for email marketing campaigns, and targeting trends to increase revenue.
