NRA Show 2015 To Light Up Chicago
The foodservice industry has plenty to look forward to: the summer season is approaching, dining expenditures are up in many regions, and technological innovations are delivering more efficiencies and greater creativity. Before summer business gets rolling, the NRA Show 2015 – the International Foodservice Marketplace is taking place next month.
Each May, more than 40 foodservice segments from all 50 states and 100+ countries come together to taste new creations, test the latest technology, shop foodservice vendors, and network with peers. The annual show claims to showcase “an energy that only the hospitality industry can create”.
From May 16th to 19th, 2015, the National Restaurant Association will bring the industry together in Chicago, Illinois. The McCormick Place will be the venue, with events taking place in the North, South and Lakeside buildings.
More than 2,000 exhibitors will fill the three halls, offering products and services that span food, equipment, technology, healthcare, insurance and more. The NRA anticipates over 44,000 attendees at this year’s show. Foodservice business types that will be represented include:
- Chain (corporate-owned brands)
- Independent (individually-owned concepts)
- Culinary (chefs and tastemakers)
- Grocery Store (eat now, shop for later)
