Shoptalk and Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) Announce New Partnership
Partnership to Support RILA’s Newly Created (R)Tech Center for Innovation
New York, NY – March 13, 2017 – Shoptalk, the new blockbuster retail and ecommerce event, today announced a partnership with the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) focused on RILA’s newly launched (R)Tech Center for Innovation. RILA is the trade association of the world’s largest and most innovative retail companies.
Through the partnership, Shoptalk will support the (R)Tech Center for Innovation as a member of the (R)Tech Innovators Network. RILA will co-locate its first (R)Tech Advisory Council Meeting during Shoptalk, which will be held at the Aria in Las Vegas on March 19-22, 2017. Shoptalk is almost sold out at more than 5,250 attendees.

RILA, together with Accenture, has launched the (R)Tech Center for Innovation, and an accompanying “(R)Tech” brand for the retail, innovation and policymaking arenas. The (R)Tech Center for Innovation’s mission is to help retailers navigate the industry’s transformation, and to spur the adoption of the “(R)Tech” term within the retail innovation ecosystem.
