TruRating Now Available on CT-Payment Point-of-Sale Terminals Deployed in Canada
October 10, 2017; Toronto, CA —TruRating, a customer insights platform, and CT-Payment, a leading Canadian payment processor and merchant services provider, are pleased to announce that TruRating is now fully integrated with CT-Payment’s proprietary payment application for its point-of-sale payment terminals.
“We are pleased to have partnered with TruRating. They are truly an innovative feedback platform that gives merchants a secure, simple way to collect consumer ratings” said Denis Robert, President and CEO of CT-Payment. “Through the integration with our payment application Canadian merchants now have access to a valuable tool that can help them understand their business performance and identify growth potential opportunities”.
Activation of TruRating on the payment terminal is fast and easy and within a few minutes customers can start providing feedback. One quick question appears on the terminal at the time of payment asking customers to rate an aspect of their experience on a scale of 0 to 9. By rotating a series of questions with each payment transactions the business gathers value information on service, experience, value, product and likelihood to recommend. Merchants can also add their own questions and ratings collected are available to merchants in a comprehensive online dashboard.
“Launching in Canada with CT-Payment is huge for TruRating,” said Georgina Nelson, CEO and Founder of TruRating. “Over the last two years we’ve proved just how powerful our solution is with retailers across the UK and Australia and are excited to bring our innovative platform to Canada. We can’t wait to see the ratings roll in!”
TruRating is on a mission to bring the truth back to customer ratings. Its innovative feedback solution, at the point of payment, enables businesses to simply and easily track consumer sentiment and crucially link it to spend, thereby understanding the customer experience at an unprecedented level.
